Digital files are generated and delivered instantly to your email after purchase — they cannot be cancelled or refunded once sent.
Canvas & poster orders can be cancelled anytime before printing begins. We'll issue a full refund for the physical item. Since your digital files are created and delivered automatically at checkout, that portion is non-refundable.
